During normal device operation after initialization and factory reset, this LED is off and
should never blink. If it blinks constantly, contact Digi Technical Support.

Specific dB values for the signal can be found via the web interface; go to
Administration > System Information > Mobile . Under Mobile Connection, the
signal strength is displayed in bars and dBm. Or, from the command line. enter the
display mobile command.
Indicates that the XBee RF module in the gateway has associated with an XBee
network:
