• These diodes are also available in the SOD123
case with the type designations BAT42W-V to
BAT43W-V and in MiniMELF SOD80 case with the
type designations LL42 to LL43.
• Lead (Pb)-free component
• Component in accordance to RoHS 2002/95/EC
and WEEE 2002/96/EC
