DESCRIPTION
This MOSFET is the latest development of STMi-
croelectronics unique “Single Feature Size™”
strip-based process. The resulting transistor
shows extremely high packing density for low on-
resistance, rugged avalance characteristics and
less critical alignment steps therefore a remark-
able manufacturing reproducibility.
