DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE:
This is a Final Product Change Notification to IPCN 15677 available at www.onsemi.com to
make customers aware that ON Semiconductor is qualifying a new BOM that will improve the
moisture sensitivity level (MSL) for the SOT223 discrete package.
This FPCN is specific to
the listed devices. Devices in these package codes will be rated MSL 1 260.
