DESCRIPTION:

ValueRAM's KVR533D2N4K2/2G is a kit of two 128M x 64-bit (1GB) DDR2-533 CL4

SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory modules. Total kit capacity it 2GB. The compo-

nents on each module include eight 128M x 8-bit DDR2-533 SDRAM in FBGA packages.

Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V. The electrical and

mechanical specifications are as follows:
