25.2.4 Self-Timed Chip Selects
Self-timed chip selects can be enabled via GPSCR to reduce power consumption even
more when running off the 32kHz oscillator. When self-timed chip selects are enabled, the
chip select is only active for a short (selectable) period of time. A sample read and write
