Final Product/Process Change Notification (FPCN)
ON Semiconductor will consider this change approved unless specific conditions of acceptance are
provided in writing within 30 days of receipt of this notice. To do so, contact your local ON
Semiconductor Sales Office.
DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE:
With the acquisition of the voltage regulation and thermal monitoring products business (PTC)
of Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), ON Semiconductor has decided to retain the existing ADI
orderable part numbers (model numbers) where possible.
However, there are several ADI part numbers, included in this notification, that exceed the 16
digit part number system limitation in the ON Semi Product Data Management system.
The table below lists the original ADI part number and the corresponding ON Semi part
number that will be used for ordering parts from ON Semiconductor. As noted, some of the
original ADI part numbers were too long for the ON System so we have indicated which part
numbers have changed. All part numbers transitioning from ADI to ON Semiconductor are
included in this notification reference the “New ON Part” as the part number customers should
be ordering from ON Semiconductor.
This PCN is an orderable part number (model number) notice only.
The manufacturing process and manufacturing locations are not affected by this change. The
markings on the parts do not change. The electrical specifications do not change.
