When SFSST becomes '1' (that is, in the process of calculating or unlocked), SFSOUT
holds the previous data. SFSST and SFSOUT always output the status when these
registers are read. The other registers do not have clear functions when these are read.
To enable these registers, DIR must be powered on (Register 40h/RXDIS = 0).
