This bit is used to reset the TXSDQ. The TXSDQ comes up in reset. It should be taken out of
reset by writing a 0 to the SDQRST bit. The user can reset the SDQ at any time by writing a
1 to the SDQRST bit, and then writing a 0. Reset flushes all the data in the FIFOs, resets the
read and write pointers and resets all counters. The configuration information is not changed
by Reset.
