DESCRIPTION
This Power Mosfet is the latest development of
STMicroelectronis unique "Single Feature Size "
strip-based process. The resulting transistor
shows extremely high packing density for low on-
resistance, rugged avalanche characteristics and
less critical alignment steps therefore a remarka-
ble manufacturing reproducibility.
