(CLOCK INHIBIT = “L”) or falling edge of CLOCK INHIBIT
(CLOCK = “H”). RESET input to “H” level resets the counter to
Q0 = “H” and Q1 through Q9 = “L” regardless of CLOCK and
CLOCK INHIBIT.
