Description
read-only memory (EEPROM) organized as 131,072 words of 8 bits each. The device can be connected in series
to achieve the characteristics of the four devices to share a two-wire system addressable bus. The device
is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low-power and low-voltage
operations are essential.
