Selects receiver and transmitter bit rate based on output from baud rate
prescaler stage. Refer to SCI baud rate generator block diagram.
Always read 0
Block protect register bits can be written to 0 (protection disabled) only once
within 64 cycles of a reset in normal modes, or at any time in special modes.
Block protect register bits can be written to 1 (protection enabled) at any
time.
