Discontinuation of Modules with 1200V IGBT2 standard and low loss chip – new last order

intake date

Total phase-out of 1200V IGBT2 standard and low loss chips.

Note: This PCN replaces PCN 10-044

See table below.

All products using the 1200V IGBT2 standard and low loss chip will be discontinued. Please

contact the local SEMIKRON sales engineer for product replacement strategy.

The phase out of the old IGBT technologies is shifted by one year due to the actual IGBT

supply situation. The shift ensures the volume transition from IGBT2 to IGBT4 and V-IGBT.
