TFT-LCD panel addressed by low temperature poly-
crystalline silicon transistors with built-in peripheral
driving circuitry. This panel provides full-color
representation for NTSC and PAL systems. In
addition, RGB dots are arranged in a delta pattern
that provides smooth picture quality without fixed
color patterns compared to vertical stripe and
mosaic patterns.

• High contrast ratio with normally white mode: 200 (typ.)
