Serial Command is used to set the WIZ120SR parameters via serial interface. Please refer to
the screenshot under section 2.2.2. When specific letters (three characters) are entered,
WIZ120SR operates serial configuration mode.
User can set any Special Character with the Configuration Tool, and this function support
UART 0 only.
