Flash Page Select Register
The msb of this register is used to select whether all Flash access and Page Erases are
directed to the 256-byte Information Page or to the main Flash memory array. When the
main array is selected, the lower 7-bits (6 bits in the eZ80F93 device) are used to select
one of the 128 pages for Page Erase or I/O Write operations.
To perform a Page Erase, the software must set the proper page value prior to setting the
Page Erase bit in the Flash control register.
