Figure 28.9 shows the timing sequence at power-on.
At power-on, the RES pin must be driven low with the STBY pin driven high for a given time in
order to clear the reset state.
To enter hardware standby mode immediately after power-on, drive the STBY pin low after
exiting the reset state.
For details on clearing hardware standby mode, see section 28.9.3, Hardware Standby Mode
Timing.
In a power-on reset, power on while driving the STBY or RES pin to a high-level.
