The RTC controller provides day of week in Day of the Week Register (DWR). The value is
defined from 0 to 6 to represent Sunday to Saturday respectively.
The periodic interrupt has 8 period option 1/128, 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and 1 second
which are selected by TTR.TTR[2:0]. When periodic time tick interrupt is enabled by setting
RIER.TIER to 1, the Periodic Time Tick Interrupt is requested periodically in the period selected
by TTR register.
When RTC counter in TLR and CLR is equal to alarm setting time TAR and CAR the alarm
interrupt flag (RIIR.AIF) is set and the alarm interrupt is requested if the alarm interrupt is enabled
(RIER.AIER=1).

TAR, CAR, TLR and CLR registers are all BCD counter.
Programmer has to make sure that the loaded values are reasonable. For example, Load
CLR as 201a (year), 13 (month), 00 (day), or CLR does not match with DWR, etc.
Reset state :
In TLR and TAR, only 2 BCD digits are used to express “year”. We assume 2 BCD digits of
xY denote 20xY, but not 19xY or 21xY.
