Screw clamp or crimp contact termination
Single male or female inserts, completely enclosed by the hood or housing
Determine the application requirements—wire and electrical requirements
Determine the insert series and size—based on application and space
constraints
Select the male insert—available with either screw clamp or crimp
contact termination
Select the female insert—choose the female insert with same termination
type as male insert
Select the hood—choose the appropriate position of cable entry, locking
of the levers or spigots and type of configuration
Select the housing—either Bulkhead, Base or Couple Housing
Select the appropriate accessories and tools—we offer a full range of prod-

Protecting numerous applications to IP 65 (NEMA 4P) in power plants,
chemical plants, machine tools, trains and railway cars
Accommodates a range of connections—up to 64 wires for sturdy turned
contact pins, up to 280 wires for economical crimp contact pins
Designed with heavy duty screw clamp inserts that feature vibration-proof
termination—so strong ferrules are unnecessary
Equipped with a wide range of durable hoods and housings that are:
• Heat Resistant Thermoplastic
• Standard Metal—zinc alloy cast or aluminum cast plating base material,
