DI (state “G4 wait for DR”) is issued by the transceiver when:
either INFO 0 is received for a duration of 16 ms
or an internal timer of 32 ms expires.

deactivation from the exchange side by
transmitting INFO 0. Unconditional command.
Reset of state machine. Transmission of
INFO 0. No reaction to incoming infos. RES is
an unconditional command.

Receiver is not synchronous
Activation Request. This command is used to
start an exchange initiated activation.
Activation request loop. The transceiver is
