DESCRIPTION
The Microchip Technology Inc. 93C46B is a 1K-bit,
low-voltage serial Electrically Erasable PROM. The
device memory is configured as 64 x 16 bits. Advanced
CMOS technology makes this device ideal for
low-power, nonvolatile memory applications. The
93C46B is available in standard 8-pin DIP, surface
mount SOIC, and TSSOP packages. The 93C46BX are
only offered in a 150 mil SOIC package.
