23 Flash Memory Operation
Set the RESET input to 0, and set the each BOOT (PL0) pins to values shown above, and then release
RESET (high).

Fig 23-3 shows a comparison of the memory maps in Normal and Single Boot modes. In Single Boot
mode, the internal flash memory is mapped from 0x3F80_0000, and the internal boot ROM (Mask
ROM) is mapped to 0x0000_0000 through 0x0000_0FFF.
To execute the on-board programming, boot the TMPM380/382 with Single Boot mode following the
configuration shown below.
