3.7.16 ReadPageInv_LT
Reads a bit-inverted page (4 bytes) of a selected HITAG 2 transponder.
If no transponder is selected, a NOTAG message will be generated.
This command should be used together with ReadPage_LT to compare plain data with the bit-
inverted data to gain maximum data reliability.
