3.7.28 HFReset
This function turns off the RF-part of the read/write device for a certain time (about 100 ms in a
Proximity Reader, about 40 ms in a Long Range Reader).
This means that all HITAG transponders are reset and transponders that were in Halt Mode will
respond again.
