3.8.11 WritePitSecurity
This command writes a new value for the PIT transponder Password Mode into the EEPROM of
the read/write device.
Initial value stored in the EEPROM of a delivered read/write device:
If the Password Mode is activated, the 7-byte-PIT-Password (see also command
WritePitPassword) is sent to the transponder during every write access.
Important: The bit PAC (Password Checkbit) on the transponder must be set (write 0x01 to byte
address 0x07 using command WritePit).
