14.1 Overview
The H8/3030 has 16 kbytes of on-chip ROM, the H8/3031 has 32 kbytes, and the H8/3032 has
64 kbytes. The ROM is connected to the CPU by a 16-bit data bus. The CPU accesses both byte
data and word data in two states, enabling rapid data transfer.
The PROM version of the H8/3032 can be set to PROM mode and programmed with a general-
purpose PROM programmer.
