25MHz crystal input/output
A 25MHz parallel-resonant crystal is used to connect
these pins to stabilize the internal oscillator
If you want to use oscillator, 25MHz clock to connect
XTLN signals and XTLP is open and MUST use 1.8V
level oscillator.

It is always ON when the link is OK and it flashes
while in a TX or RX state.

Active low indicates the presence of receiving
activity.
