Linear Voltage Regulator

through a mode select pin. The family is available in a variety of

The NCP4589 is a CMOS 300 mA LDO which switches to a low

Operating Input Voltage Range: 1.4 V to 5.25 V

Output Voltage Range: 0.8 to 4.0 V (available in 0.1 V steps)
