Explosion proof blocks are
particularly recommended
for chemical and petro-
chemical industry applica-
tions. The blocks in this
Series are designated for
AEx ell and Ex ell applica-
tions; Class I, Zone I haz-
ardous locations. All blocks
comply to EN50019,
including 100% testing at
120% of test voltage.
Note: for Zone I applica-
tions, blocks should be
installed in a terminal box
or system with EEX e desig-
nation and a minimum of
IP54 protection.
