Software re-load and
FUSE settings
If at any time the software for the BlackBird needs to be re-loaded, please use the file:
CD:\software\IARSRF_B100.hex
In addition to programming the BlackBird with the executable software, the FUSEs must
be correctly set. Here are the FUSEs which need to be checked, in text and with snap-
shots of the pop-up from AVR Studio.
Note:
brown-out detection @ 1.8v
JTAG interface enabled (optional)
SPI enabled (may be ghosted – that’s OK)
boot reset vector enabled
divide clock by 8 internally
boot flash section size = 2048
int RC oscillator: 6CK + 65ms
if minimum current-consumption is desired, uncheck “brown-out detection @ 1.8v” and
“JTAG interface enabled”.
