To obtain best performance, use this product within 18 months from date of manufacture and store under
normal conditions of 60º to 80ºF (15º to 27ºC) and 50% R.H. in the original carton
Roller pressure must be monitored to insure clean, residue-free boards after tape removal. Air
pressure controlled equipment can be set at 30 – 40 PSI. Non-air pressure controlled rollers should
be set no closer than ½ the PC board thickness.
Heat should not be used during tape lamination.
The low stretch polyester film of 1285 tape is designed for machine and hand application.
Masking of many printed circuit boards during solder stripping and precious metal plating of fingers.
