The NCP4587 is a CMOS 150 mA LDO which switches to a low

Standby Mode – 0.1 mA

Operating Input Voltage Range: 1.4 V to 5.25 V

Output Voltage Range: 0.8 to 4.0 V (Available in 0.1 V steps)

Supply current: Low Power Mode – 1.0 mA
