-Attach the tape with connectors onto the core of the reel with use of ½ meter PVC tape 19mm (or 15mm)
wide. Attention: Don’t bend the flanges of the reel!
-Reel the product, see picture for reel direction. Use interleaving paper while reeling.
-Cover the external winding with a paper belt. Use paper tape to attach the paper belt.
-Secure the reel flanges by attaching both flanges onto each other by use of 4 pieces of PVC tape, 20 cm
long, 19 mm (or 15mm) wide. Attaching spot: the flat sides of the flanges.
-Stick the label 999641-1 on the reel.
-Close bottom side of the box with transparent PP-tape (50mm wide).
-Insert two reels in the box.
-Put the reel spacer on top of the two reels. 1)
-Close the top side of the box with transparent PP-tape (50mm wide).
-Stick the label 999639-1 on the pre-defined area on the box.
