Description:
Anti-fatigue conductive floor mat;
homogeneous vinyl laminated to a unique
super-resilient, double-thick, rubber foam
base. This conductive diamond plate surface
offers a high-tech look while providing
traction. The diamond plate surface and
tapered edges are adopted from industrial
safety applications; it is a proven safety
and anti-fatigue product. The yellow safety
border provides high visibility and can alert
employees to ESD controlled areas.
Statfree DPL Plus™ meets the technical
range recommended in ANSI/ESD S20.20
for ESD Floor < 1 x 10E9 ohms tested
per ANSI/ESD S7.1. Being a conductive
floor mat, Statfree DPL Plus™ is suitable
as the ESD floor component in a Flooring
- Footwear System, ANSI/ESD S20.20
recommended technical requirement of <3.5
x 10E7ohms tested per ESD STM 97.1.

This material must be properly grounded to remove electrostatic charges to ground. Ask for Technical

Grounding Intervals for ESD Mats
Sufficient ground cords should be used to reliably meet ANSI/ESD S20.20 Table 1 less than 1 x 10E9
ohms for worksurfaces. An industry recommendation has been that continuous runs of ESD matting
should be grounded at ten-foot intervals to allow proper charge decay rates with each individual ESD
mat should be grounded with ground snap located no further than five feet from either end.
Cleaning
For optimum electrical performance, surface must be cleaned regularly using an ESD mat cleaner.
We suggest using our Reztore™ Surface & Mat Cleaner Item
Do not use cleaners with silicone. Silicone buildup will create an insulative film on the surface.
