Differential Analog Output (Output) - The full-scale differential analog output level is specified in
the Analog Characteristics specification table. Each positive leg of the differential outputs may
also be used single-ended.
Test Out - These pins are outputs used for test purposes only. They must not be connected to any
external trace or other connection.
Test In - These pins are inputs used for test purposes only. They must be tied to ground for nor-
mal operation.
Quiescent Voltage (Output) - Filter connection for internal quiescent reference voltage.
Differential Analog Input (Input) - Signals are presented differentially to the delta-
sigma modulators. The full-scale input level is specified in the Analog Characteristics
specification table.
Positive Voltage Reference (Output) - Positive reference voltage for the internal sampling cir-
