The Box Joint construction of our SensoPlus ESD and
Precision pliers and cutters is a specialised technique
which physically slots one half of the plier through
the other. This technique creates an accurate, strong
joint giving long lasting cutting performance without
the risk of loosening.
All of our SensoPlus ESD pliers and
cutters are Electro-Static Discharge
(ESD) compliant. This makes them
suitable for use by Electronics
Professionals when dealing with
sensitive electronic components.
Within the C.K Precision and SensoPlus ESD ranges,
we have included Tungsten Carbide tipped products.
These tools are ideal for cutting very hard materials,
and benefi t from increased cutting life. However, the
extreme hardness of the Tungsten Carbide makes
them more brittle than their metal counterpart, and
are less suitable for cutting soft materials. Therefore
users should carefully consider which tool is most
appropriate for their uses.
