is driven via a Poly-V belt and three step pulleys.
This yields a torque multiplication of as much as
6x at the lowest speed. Geared quill feed for
exact operations runs in ball bearings.

Spindle with 1/2” thread accepts the standard
chuck, as well as the optional collets.

PRIMUS 75
Fitted with interchangeable, hardened jaws, slotted vertically and horizontally so round and
odd shaped objects may be clamped. Both jaws are slotted at the top, facilitating gripping of
flat work pieces. The solid, cast iron base has CNC machined ways. Its relatively high mass
may allow use of the vice without fastening it down. The feed screw features a rolled thread
which ensures ease of movement even with high axial loads. Jaw width of 75mm, opening to
65mm. Distance between centres of fixing slots is 100mm. Slot size 80 x 11mm. Weight
2.5kg.
