At 20 °C, 24 hrs after annealing
f = 1 KHz for C ≤ 10 µF, rated voltage > 6.3 V, measuring at
voltage 1 V
f = 1 KHz, for C ≤ 10 µF, rated voltage ≤ 6.3 V, measuring at
voltage 0.5 V
f = 120 Hz for C > 10 µF, measuring at voltage 0.5 V
