境的性能必要条件に合致するよう設計されているこ
と。
試験は特別に規定されない限り、以下の環境条件の
もとで行われること。
気温：15-35℃
湿度：45-75%RH
気圧：86.7-107kPa（650-800mmHg）
性能試験に用いる資試料は、規定に適合する電線
で、114-5052 で規定する圧着条件に合格する試料で
あること。いずれの試料も特に規定しない限り、再度
試験に用いてはならない。

3.1 設計と構造
製品は該当製品図面に規定された設計、構造、物
理的寸法をもって製造されていること。
黄銅：ASTM B36 COPPER ALLOY 260
ポリアミド 66：耐熱グレード
使用温度範囲 -30℃～+105℃
（周囲温度+通電による温度上昇）
に準拠する黄銅条より製造される。

The product shall be designed to meet the
electrical,
performance requirements specified in Fig.1.
All tests shall be performed in below condition,
unless otherwise specified.
Temperature:15-35℃
Relative humidity:45-75%
Atmospheric pressure:86.7-107kPa
All the samples to be employed for the tests
shall be prepared by crimping the wires of
applicable sizes specified in this specification,
in accordance with the procedure specified
in instruction sheets.
The crimped contacts shall be conforming to
the requirements specified in 114-5052,
Application Specification for Crimping of “250”
Series, Housing Lance Connector Contacts.
No Sample shall be reused, unless otherwise
specified.
