DTE rate—Change DTE rate. When the Si2457/34/15/04 is configured in autobaud mode (default),
\T0 through \T15 will lock the new baud rate and disable autobaud. When the ISOmodem
autobaud mode (the autobaud strap pin low on powerup), the result code “OK” is sent at the old DTE
rate. Subsequent commands must be sent at the new rate.
