Logic Ground. Connect both GND pins to ground.
Comparator A Latch Enable. QA and QA are latched when LEA is TTL high or floating. Comparator A
latch is transparent when LEA is low.
No Connection. Not internally connected.
Negative Power Supply. -5V for dual supplies (bypass to GND with a 0.1µF capacitor) or GND for a
single supply.
