The pressure sensors of the serie ME77X are piezoresis-

tive ceramic sensors with three different output signal

options: Ratiometric 0.5…4.5V, non ratiometric 0…10Volt

or current loop 4…20mA. The sensors are based on the

two piece sensors elements of the ME501/505 series and

therefore are available in gauge, absolute and sealed gauge

versions. The pressure and temperature calibration is done

electronically with the ASIC on-board. When the tempera-

ture changes, the electronics provide an offset and span

correction and also an aging detection and compensation.

This new method guarantees good precision and long term

stability. This serie meets EMI requirements. The ASIC

stores lot specific data for sensor traceability. Custom cal-

ibration may be available. Due to the good chemical immu-

nity of the ceramic, the ME77x sensors are suitable for near-

ly all aggressive media. The ME77x sensors are easy to

mount.

Die Drucksensoren der Serie ME77X sind piezoresistive

keramische Sensoren mit integrierter Signalverarbeitung. Es

gibt drei verschiedenen Ausgangssignaloptionen: Span-

nungsausgang 0.5…4.5V ratiometrisch, 0..10V nicht ratio-

metrisch oder Stromausgang 4..20mA. Die Drucksensoren

basieren auf die optimierten und vielfach bewährten Druck-

messelementen der Typenreihe ME501/505 und sind daher

in Relativdruck- Absolutdruck- und Sealed Gauge- Aus-

führung erhältlich. Spanne und Offset werden nicht durch

einen Widerstandsabgleich, sondern elektronisch mittels

eines ASIC während der Herstellung vorgenommen. Diese

neue Methode erlaubt größere Genauigkeit und bessere

Langzeitstabilität. Das ASIC on-board erlaubt Daten zu spei-

chern um die Rückverfolgbarkeit zu garantieren. Kunden-

spezifische Anforderungen an das Ausgangsignal sind auf

Anfrage möglich. Die Drucksensoren der Serie ME77X sind

dank der hervorragenden chemischen Beständigkeit der

Keramik gegen fast alle aggressiven Medien beständig und

lassen sich wie die Sensoren der Serie ME501/505 leicht

und einfach montieren. Die Drucksensoren sind EMV-

geschützt.
