通信サージ対策用

DE37シリーズは5mmピッチ実装に対応した電源線・通信回線用サージアブ

ソーバです。小型でありながら、1500A（8/20μsec.）のサージ耐量を有し、

動作電圧300∼4500V品をシリーズ化しました。400V品はADSL POTS*スプ

リッタ用視格：ITU-T （国際電気通信連合

Basic Test Condition対応製品として、既に日本国内をはじめ多くのお客様に

局側あるいは宅側ADSLスプリッタ用にご好評頂いております。

■特長

●5mmピッチのラジアルテーピング形状で自動実装に対応（部品高さを15.5mm

以下に抑えました）。（2700V以上の品種は除く）

●アキシャルテーピングも選べます（ガラス管を寝かせて自動実装することも

できます）。

●1pF以下という低静電容量で、メガビットクラスの高速通信信号を阻害しませ

ん。

●マイクロギャップを利用した優れたサージ応答特性。

●100MΩ以上の高い絶縁抵抗特性。

1）：バリスタ（AC125V V1mA≧270V 8 Joule Min at 2ms, AC250V V1mA≧470V 8 Joule Min at 2ms）と電気的に直列接続（リード線をよりはんだ付け、かしめ、溶接等）する事により、認定されます。

2）：バリスタ（V 1mA≧470V 8 Joule Min at 2ms）と電気的に直列接続（リード線をよりはんだ付け、かしめ、溶接等）する事により、認定されます。

3）：バリスタ（AC125V V 1mA≧270V D≧φ5mm, AC250V V 1mA≧470V D≧φ5mm）と電気的に直列接続（リード線をよりはんだ付け、かしめ、溶接等）する事により、認定されます。

4）：バリスタ（V 1mA≧470V D≧φ5mm）と電気的に直列接続（リード線をよりはんだ付け、かしめ、溶接等）する事により、認定されます。

Radial taping

The DE37 series surge absorbers have a 5mm pitch and are ideal for power

lines and communication networks. This compact device can handle surges

of up to 1500A(8/20μsec.) and is available in several voltages ranging from

300V to 4500V.The 400V part meets the standard for ADSL POTS* splitters:

ITU-T(International Telecommunication Union test standard) K.20 and K.21

Basic Test Condition, and has already received good response from both

service providers and home users in ADSL splitters.

■Features

●The 5mm pitch; radial taped parts can be mounted using automatic

insertion equipment (the part is lower than 15.5mm).

(except the item of over 2700V)

●Also available in axial taping (the glass tube can be mounted flat using

automatic insertion equipment).

●Can be used on megabit class high speed without attenuation of signal due

●Superior surge response characteristics due to microgap technology.

●High insulation resistance of over 100MΩ.

●Surge Test: 10/700 μsec, 1.5kV/4kV (25Ω), 5 times.

●AC Induced Test : AC600V (600Ω), 1sec., 5 times.

●AC Cross Test: AC230V(10~1000Ω), 15min.
