Given the center point (X1, Y1) and the radius R, a circle will be drawn with the color specified. Remarks: If fill color
option is disabled, the enclosed area will not be filled.
The following example illustrates the rectangle drawing procedure.
Result: A circle will be drawn with center (64,64) and radius 32, filled green with red border
