Port-E-2 (PE2) is shared with clock signal output function, and the frequency of this pin is programmable.
Programmer can define which signal pattern is "0", and which signal is "1"
For example, using Timer_interrupt to enable/disable PE2 function, and programmers can produce the signal
pattern which means "0" or "1"
The same way, receive side can decode the signal by encode information.
