To receive your carrying case by mail, please submit the following:

1. Completed rebate form.

2. ORIGINAL UPC/Bar Code and serial number from the qualiﬁed product box

3. COPY of Invoice or packing slip for all applicable part numbers with purchase

4. Request must be received on or before January 31, 2010.

Terms and Conditions: The Fujitsu ScanSnap S300 (PN: PA03541-B005), ScanSnap S300 Trade Compliant (PN: PA03541-B205) or S300 Deluxe Bundle (PN: PA03541-B015) scanner must be purchased

from an authorized reseller. Resellers and employees of Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. (FCPA) are excluded from this rebate offer. Limit one (1) ScanSnap Carrying Case per qualifying

product purchased. Offer not valid on refurbished units, demo units or any other discount pricing such as meet comp and design registration. Fujitsu qualifying scanner may not be returned for refund

once the mail-in rebate has been submitted. Offer void where prohibited by law, limited to residents of the 50 United States. FCPA will be the sole judge on eligible sales and program disputes. All

decisions regarding eligibility and carrying case issuance made by Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. are ﬁnal. FCPA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AUDIT ALL CLAIMS AND CHANGE OR CANCEL THIS
