Product Description

The SE2581L is a 2.4 GHz power amplifier designed

for use in the 2.4 GHz ISM band for wireless LAN

applications. The device incorporates two selectable

power detectors for closed loop monitoring of the

output power.

The SE2581L includes the reference voltage and PA

enable support for SiGe’s 5 GHz power amplifiers, the

SE2535L or SE2536L. The 2.4 and 5 GHz devices,

used together, provide the industry’s lowest cost,

highest performance dual band solution.

The SE2581L includes a digital enable control for

device on/off control.

The SE2581L temperature compensated power

detector has two selectable power detectors slopes,

positive and negative.
