The Future of Analog IC Technology
DESCRIPTION
The MP2108 is a 2A, 740KHz synchronous
buck converter designed for low voltage
applications requiring high efficiency. It is
capable of providing output voltages as low as
0.9V, and integrates top and bottom switches to
minimize power loss and component count. The
740KHz switching frequency allows for small
filtering
solution size.
The MP2108 includes cycle-by-cycle current
limiting and under voltage lockout. Internal
power switches, combined with the tiny 10-pin
MSOP or 3mm x 3mm QFN packages, provide
a solution requiring a minimum of board space.
QFN package is recommended if output current
is higher than 1.5A.
