EEPROM enable register
This register should be filled with 55AA. IP178A will examine the
specified pattern to confirm if there is a valid EEPROM. The
initial setting is updated with the content of EEPROM only if the
specified pattern 55AA is found.

LED_O_SEL, LED mode selection
Class of service enable
1: enable, 0: disabled (default)
Packets with high priority tag are handled as high priority
packets.
It is enabled only if P6_7_high is disabled.
Port6 port7 are set to be high priority port
1: enable, 0: disabled (default)
Packets received from port6 or port7 are handled as high priority
packets.
